great sealer
amazon good for its word I ordered this item to replace one of a different brand that had worn out. Knowing that I can trust Amazon I ordered this Deni 1921 Magic Vac Supreme vacuum sealer. It has exceeded expectations. What was truly amazing was that in just a few days after ordering the product arrived well before I expected it.
It worked for the first part of the day We bought this just today and I am now packaging this up to send back to Amazon. I thought we would be happy with it even though it didn't vacuum like it should.
Works well very quiet This machine is much better than the Black and Decker model I currently have. It is very quiet vacuums well wih two different vacuum levels and has a separate sealing option without having to use the vacuum function. It also reseals regular package bags such as potato ships snacks etc. Effectively seals Black and Decker bags Foodsaver bags and Weston vacuum sealer bags.
going to the junk pile DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE MACHINES!!!I have owned Food Saver machines since they first came out. I am well aware of the fact that they can be difficult to use and tend to wear out but I have never had one to outright break on me.Well that is exactly what this machine did right in the middle of a critical packing job well actually at the beginningI had picked 35.00 dollars of fresh strawberries. I do this every year. I had used a Food Saver for the previous harvests and could keep the berries almost until it was time to pick them again Not because they went bad but I used them up.My Food Saver had began to lose it's vacuum and I decided to replace it.I thought this might be a machine that would provde betterlonger service. Big mistake. I have had it for maybe 2 months it is simple to use but it did have some design flaws in the bag storage and cutting. I could live with that.
