New and improved? Overall a very good product our 5th. Their new line is not as good as the previous models. We tried their new pretty automatic improved upright model. Bad newsdon't spend any money or time on it. Bought and returned one. This V2840 is it's replacement and it is simular to the ones that we had before but not as good as the originals.
